How to Measure

1. Head Circumference
Starting at the centre of your forehead, measure around your head following your natural hairline, behind your ears and around the nape, returning to your starting point.

2. Front to Back
Measure from the centre of your front hairline over the top of your head to the back/nape.

3. Nape to Nape
Measure according to the nape-to-nape placement shown in our measurement guide.

Prepare your hair as flat as possible before measuring. Measure your head with your hair arranged similarly to how you intend to wear it underneath your wig. Keep the measuring tape snug without pulling tightly.

We recommend measuring twice before submitting your measurements.

Turnaround:
7–10 business days from the date your wig is received.

Please note:
Colouring, closure or frontal replacement, re-wigging, major repairs, adding bundles and extensive hairline reconstruction are not included in this service.

Wigs with severe matting, shedding, lace damage or compromised hair quality may require an assessment before work can proceed. If additional work is recommended, you will be contacted before any extra charges are applied.

Processing and Shipping

This wig is made to order.

Please allow 10-15 Business days for construction, customization and styling before your order is dispatched.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your wig has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

If you are ordering for a wedding, vacation, birthday or other time-sensitive event, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Please confirm your selected length, cap size and other order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you provide personal fit measurements, please ensure they are accurate. Measurements provided by the customer may be taken into consideration during construction.
