Yes. Our closures and frontals are customized to create a softer, more natural-looking hairline. If you have a specific preference, please let us know before your unit goes into production.

Most of our units are offered on a pre-order basis and are completed after your order is placed. This gives us time to construct, customize, colour and style your wig before it is sent to you.

Processing time depends on the unit and the level of customization required. The estimated processing time for your wig will be stated on the product page. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request if work has not yet started. Once construction, colouring or customization has begun, changes may not be possible.

Yes. If the hair on your wig is still in good condition but the closure needs replacing, we offer closure replacement services for suitable units.

Yes. Our re-wigging service allows suitable existing hair or bundles to be reconstructed onto a new wig cap for a refreshed fit and finish.

Yes. We accept wigs made elsewhere for selected services, subject to the condition of the wig and the work required.

There is no fixed schedule for every wig. Wash your wig when there is noticeable product buildup, oil or loss of movement rather than washing it after every wear. Overwashing can shorten the life of the hair.

Yes. Our human hair wigs can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to help preserve the quality of the hair.

Store your wig clean and completely dry. A mannequin head or wig stand is ideal for maintaining the style, while a satin bag works well for longer-term storage and protection.
